Leida was arrested in Wisconsin after allegedly using her company account details to steal thousands of dollars. She made 'fraudulent payments and withdraws to several outside business accounts and customers' while working at glass bottle company Loggerhead Deco in Portage, Wisconsin, police investigators determined. She was facing charges of theft from a business setting, fraudulent data alteration, forgery and wire fraud against a financial institution. The former reality star may face additional charges as the investigation progresses, with some victims reporting 'several thousands of dollars in unauthorized business account payments and withdrawals.'[1]

Reality star Leida Margaretha has been cleared of felony fraud and theft charges in Columbia County, Wisconsin, more than a year after she was arrested on allegations she embezzled thousands from a business she was a temp at. Charges including felony wire fraud, fraud against a financial institution and theft were dismissed on Tuesday against the 90 Day Fiancé personality, 35, In Touch reported after reviewing court records. Following a November 21 plea hearing in the case, the charges against the Indonesia-born TLC star were dismissed by the Columbia County District Attorney's Office November 26, according to court records; a judge signed off on the motion December 2. Margaretha's lawyer Taylor M. Hart said last month that the issue was 'not resolved,' court records indicated. Margaretha continues to face felony charges such as wire fraud against a financial institution; bail jumping; and business-related theft.[2]
2025[]
On January 24, 2025, Leida was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed (domestic), mistreating animals, and felony bail-jumping with the alleged victim being Eric. At approximately 7:05pm, deputies responded to a disorderly call at 1680 Cree Dr. in the Township of Strongs Prairie, in Adams Country Wisconsin. Eric and Leida's new puppy had pooped on the floor in the home. Leida became upset and wanted to hit the puppy with a laptop. Eric stopped Leida by grabbing her and she started to yell and shout. She went upstairs and grabbed a knife and wanted to harm herself. Eric followed her and grabbed her wrist to get the knife away from her. She then went back to the puppy where she grabbed it and slammed it on the floor of the home, causing it to yelp. At the time, she was approximately six months pregnant[3].
Leida gave birth to Alisa Rosenbrook approximately in early June, posting on the second that she had recently given birth via c-section[4]. The baby passed away five weeks later, with her quickly suggesting that Eric was at fault.
Hersignature bond was set on July 18th at $2000, with her unable to travel outside of Wisconsin and having to surrender her passport[5].

But now my grief- I'm done with it. My focus is on justice, that's it. Because I want to know. I think he dropped the baby and the baby was so fine and I see her still moving legs before I found her, like, you know, unresponsive and I had to call 911 and everything like that. Once they mentioned about the fractures on the back, that's the reason why we suspect something happened when Eric hit me in the face. Because if it make my left face numb and damaged my facial nerve. What do you think is going to happen to my baby? Of course, something's going to happen. He did hit that accidently or something. I didn't know. I didn't see. My eyes was close. So this is why I request immediate autopsy. Immediate. Because it will help the police anyway. I want to know because I don't want to be blaming myself forever, no. This is not my fault. Never be my fault."
